From your first viewing of a Heritage home, we are there to support your every step.

All of our homes have a 10 year guarantee, but we prefer to go further than that, once you decide a home is right for you, we will keep you informed weekly of the progress during conveyance, and with a 3 stage snagging/finalising system we want everything to be just perfect for you on move in day. You will be allocated a representative to call should you have any problems or queries in the first 2 years.
